A comprarative analysis of the legend of '' Mahpishuni'' and the legend of '' Khakestarneshin''

چکیده :

زبان آثار محصول فرهنگی است که نقش‌های گوناگونی را در قالب ادبیات داستانی یا غیرداستانی که گویای الگوهای رفتاری هر جنس است به‌طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم آموزش می‌دهد. در این پژوهش سعی کرده‌ایم با انتخاب دو افسانۀ بین المللی که در موضوع و شخصیت پردازی و دیگر عناصر داستانی مشابهت هایی دارند به بررسی تطبیقی بپردازیم. دراین روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی تطبیقی دو افسانۀ ماه پیشونی و خاکسترنشین پرداخته ایم. یافته ها نشان می هد بخش قابل ملاحظۀ این پژوهش وجود کلیشه‌های جنسیتی مشابه در هر دو افسانه است که سبب شکلگیری آن شده است. این افسانه‌ها حامل چهار مؤلفه جنسیتی: دغدغۀ زیستی مثبت و منفی، عشق مثبت و منفی، عاطفۀ زنانه مثبت و منفی و رفتار موقرانه و تأثیر آن بر زندگی فردی بوده‌اند.



چکیده انگلیسی :

The present research aims to choose two international legends that have similarities in subject, characterization and other story elements and comparatively deliberate them. Gender schemes are classified into different forms due to language pattern and the most well-known of it belong to the theory of John Stephans. In prder to comparativel analyze the two chosen works, the patterns of Stephand have been considered as the primary merits. In this research, the gender schemes of two Iranian and Gender legends, which have similiarities in subject, characterization and other story elements, have been relected. The present research has been done based on descriptive- analytical method. This research seeks to find out the answer to this question that : How are the gender components presented in the selected legends in line with the type of words used and the level of its use in the text, and can it be compared? Stories are the remnants of ancient myths and rituals that a lost civilization can be reconstructed based on them. This collection has been prepared according to the significance of preserving folklore sories and the use of retelling stories at schools. Meantime, "If the psychology of a text conquers over its literature in children's books, that text can no longer be included in children's literature. Notwithstanding this, it is essential to discern the basic principles and foundations of psychology, sociology, linguistics and philosophy for those who work in the field of children's literature" (Jalali, 2013: 101-102). In stories specifically fictions, dominant gender schemes are found. As a result, the text of fictions can be considered. These two stories have circulated so much among different nations that one of the guest factors is the good structure of the legend. The good plot of these stories permit children to get involved in the story, feel the challenge within the story, comprehend the climax and show their feeling to the happy ending of the story. The method through which a writer develops the story action should help children enjoy the story. The positive points are related to the order of events and the rise of struggles among characters. A pleasant and believable soriy needs central characters who are alive and developing. The characterization of these two stries are counted as the most effective literary factors in the story. On the other hand, the setting of theses two stories contribute reader to share whatever they see and hear. Furthermore, actions, thr values of characters and struggles can be comprehendable for them. Staging along with symbolism is one of the main characteristics of both stories. Both stories have hidden insight bridging the plot, characters and staging to one another. Lastly, the result in a holistic meaning. Consequently, the way of introducing and processing the role of women and men by the writer in the works with the support of words is of particular importance. Through reading these books, the child learns what actions are male or female and how he, as a man or woman, should play his role in the future society. After half a century of reflecting the issue of gender in the world, Iranian stories have not been left out from this current. Holistically, the structure of these two legends indicates that both of them are the same from economic point of view. In both storues, the girls are caught by the envy and trickery of their stepped mother. Supernatural forces come to help them and support them to pass the obstacles and difficulties. The protogenists of the stories of Malpishani and Khakestarneshin are beautiful, kind and dedicated, that is why, the gorgeous looking fairy comes to help the girl in the story of Khakestarneshin and demon helps the girl in the story of Mahpishani and brings happiness to her life. In this way, both protagonists can successfully dominate their problems and their wishes come true. Both of them marry the prince of their stories and the cruel ones pay the price of their devil acts. . The noteworthy part of this research is the presence of similar gender stereotypes in both legends subjected to such development. . These legends include four gender components: positive and negative biological concern, positive and negative love, positive and negative female affection, and earnest behavior and its impact on life.
