چکیده :

با ورود به عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و ظهور فناوری‌های پیشرفته آن و تاثیرات گسترده و چشمگیر آن بر حوزه مشاغل، برنامه‌های درسی مدارس نیز وارد چالش جدی شده است. زیرا نظام‌هاي آموزشي در دنیا پی برده‌اند که برنامه‌های درسی که صرفا مبتنی بر کسب خبرگی ژرف در یک رشته‌ خاص، توسعه مهارت‌های تجزیه و تحلیل قوی و حتی رشد توانایی یادگیری باشند، دیگر برای رویارویی با پدیده انقلاب صنعتی چهارم کافی نیستند و نمی‌توانند پاسخگوی نیازهای این انقلاب باشند. بلکه از آنجا که انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین آن مانند اینترنت اشیاء، روباتیک، چاپ سه‌بعدی، واقعیت مجازی، هوش مصنوعی و غیره به شدت نحوه کار و مهارت‌های لازم برای نیروی کار را برای انجام بیشتر مشاغل به طور چشمگیری تغییر خواهند داد؛ از این رو برنامه‌های درسی مورد نیاز است که بتوانند مهارت‌های مورد نیاز برای مشاغل آینده را در دانش‌آموزان به عنوان نیروهای کار آینده جوامع پرورش دهد.
